Applications are invited On-line through the proforma Application to be made available on WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in) from 29/02/2012 to 29/03/2012 (Note: 27/03/2012 is the last date for payment of fee) for recruitment to the post of Industrial Promotion Officers in A.P. Industries Subordinate Service.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must possess the qualifications from a recognized University as detailed below or equivalent thereto, subject to various specifications in the relevant service rules and as indented by the department as on the Date of Notification.

(a) A degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology specified below of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act or a provincial Act, or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission ; 1. Mechanical Engineering; 2. Chemical Engineering; 3. Electrical Engineering; 4. Electronics & Communications Engineering; 5. Computer Sciences; 6.Electrical & Electronics; 7. Metallurgical Engineering; 8. Production Engineering; 9. Industrial Engineering; 10. Automobile Engineering; 11. Ceramics; 12. Bio-Medical Engineering; 13. Petro Chemical Engineering; 14. Instrumentation Engineering. (OR) (b) A diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology specified under Clause (a) above of a recognized Institution with three years experience in any reputed workshop, factory or an industrial undertaking.

AGE:

Minimum 18 years & Maximum 36* years as on 01/07/2011.

FEE:

(Remittance of Fee) Each applicant must pay Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee RS. 80/- (RUPEES EIGHTY ONLY) (if Candidates are not exempted from payment of Fee). Payment of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards application processing fee is compulsory for all Applicants.

Mode of Payment of Fee:

1. The Candidate has to logon to the WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in) and enter his/her Basic Personal Details like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, and Community.
2. Immediately on entering the above details the Applicant will get (downloadable)- Challan Form to pay the Fee at AP Online centers /State Bank of India.
3. The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee in any one of the A.P. Online centers / State Bank of India and obtain Fee paid challan with Journal Number in the first instance.
4. On the next working day after payment of Fee the Applicant should again visit WEBSITE and enter the Journal Number to get the format of Application. The applicant has to invariably fill all the columns in the Application and should submit ON-Line. Even after making payment of fee, candidate fails to submit the bio-data particulars, such applications shall be rejected without giving any notice.
5. If any candidate fails to enter “Community” for any reason, they will be treated as an OC without giving any notice.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. The Applicants have to read the User Guide for Online Submission of Applications and then proceed further.
1. The Candidate has to logon to the WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in) and enter his/her Basic Personal Details like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, and Community.
2. Immediately on entering the above details the Applicant will get (downloadable)- Challan Form to pay the Fee at AP Online centers /State Bank of India.
3. The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee in any one of the A.P. Online centers / State Bank of India and obtain Fee paid challan with Journal Number in the first instance.
4. On the next working day after payment of Fee the Applicant should again visit WEBSITE and enter the Journal Number to get and fill the format of Application and should submit ON-LINE.
5. Affix your recent Colour Passport Size Photograph on a White Paper and then sign below the photograph with Black Pen. Scan the above Photo and Signature and Upload in the appropriate space provided (JPG Format) in Application Form.
6. The applicants have to invariably fill all the relevant columns in the Application and should submit ON-LINE.
